Leading programmes in Higher Education (MBA, MScHRM, MAIM) and accredited professional programmes (CIPD Level 3 & Level 5 Apprenticeships).
Qualified at CIPD Chartered status professionally & academically involved in leading & delivering modules such as: Leadership & Management Development, Strategic HR Management, Managing Organisations, International Human Resource Management, Global Corporate Strategy, Enterprise & Entrepreneurship, Talent Management, Organisational Development & Change, Employee Relations, Employment Law, Coaching and Mentoring ,Business Ethics, Cross Cultural Management.
Research interests lie in the Areas of Childcare and SEN Education and Human Resources – Emotional labour – which is her PhD thesis which she aspires to complete within the next 2 years.
